did anybody from the Essex area go to the mersea hot-rod show today ?

didn't know it was on but found it whilst out driving today!

some really nice cars there
saw a gt40 (in the middle of a refurb !)
didn't see any other 7's ,

did see ketchup on the way home !

had a good blast with some American cars on way home

but today's show was a very good turn out

some good custom cars there and a very nice low rider pick up !

didn't have a camera so no pics I'm afraid

The grapevine hasn't reached me on that one - shame really as I was forced by swmbo to take her to Lakeside

I went to it last year and was a bloody good show. Especially as it was cheapish to get in. Ill be at the nats on the suffolk show ground in august. Thats a good show..

not sure about the clacton show,
went to one last year in Walton and that was a good time out !
also saved on entry at Walton, was trying to find a parking spot, bloke said if you park in the show you can go in !

so parked up had a burger or two and went home, but a good show !.
think the clacton show is classics
