Had a cracking day at Cadwell yesterday, perfect track, perfect weather, no stoppages that I noticed, bloody brilliant!
A few pics, mainly Jubal's blue MK. We didn't see much of each other on track, shame..
Next time eh?
Should have some video footage up soon, if my lad Pete gets it sorted tonight.
Twas a cooooool day!!

I was going to go for the evening session but for the weather forecast. Damned weathermen.

The weather was awesome. In those pics from the afternoon I was driving in a long sleeve t shirt only. I do have some video footage I will get round
to processing because some kind person lent me a bullet cam, but nothing from the session where I was trying to hang on to you Andy (slicks =
unfair).
The best thing about the day was the lack of red flags and the general friendliness of everyone. Not much hassle getting by the slow traffic and I
thoroughly enjoyed showing higgsti the way around despite a 100bhp power disadvantage

I reckon the fairly stern briefing had something to do with folks behaving themselves. Starting with "If your mobile goes off
during the brief, your off home me lad!" sort of gets your attention.
In a way his (Mr Easytrack's) attitude got my back up a bit but I guess he did a good job of spelling it out in words of one syllable. It was
much better on track than the BaT day we did a month ago, people took the definition of corner a little too far there.
As for higgsti, I think I should just enjoy the moment because he'll be gone in a cloud of tyre smoke once that car is fettled. Duratec,
230bhp!!!

yes jubal enjoy your victory while you can the car needs setting up its far to stiff for me and geometry aint right i ruined a pair of 048s at cadwell
after only 300 ish miles on the road .i wont it to handle like my megablade and busa cars which were much softer and better suited to my driving .the
engine needs rolling roading too it was popping and banging .not sure if somethings been altered at ric woods wer the clutch was done most i saw was
122mph on the 2 straights.first trackday in the car which is a totally different beast than bec mine handled much better than this is so far. couldnt
believe how well the day ran never saw a red flag all day .ive contacted blink jubal do you mind sending me a u2u of how much they charged

U2U'd. Once it goes round bends as well as it does in a straight line it will be awesome!
Another vid HERE
The last one was following a VX powered car, this one is a very similar blue Honda S2000 engined car, brand new build, first time out. The X files bit
is because he kept it secret for 18 months, told us all he was fitting a VX! (Dont ask me what the musics all about, my son's strange choice)
Should be another vid in the pipeline, 'anging on t' a busa, coming shortly.
'Bout time we saw some Jubal footage??

Yet more Cadwell footage!

a few laps in durabang
Here's a couple from me. This one here is I think following (for a while) the same S2000
car? He had enough power that's for sure.
This one is following a yellow megablade isn't it? He had more power than me too but my car
was going well, I'd recently had the suspension set up and it seemed to be a good baseline.
There's also a few up on Google from a pal in a chase car. They should pop up in the list but if not his username is orgasmiccry.

Good vids Jubal, and an excellent bit of driving.
The blue car is indeed the S2000 powered car, and the orange car is my old sparring partner
Slippy, (or Bob, it's a shared car) Blade engined. They were suffering high oil temps, so were only getting a few hot laps, then having to slow
to let the car cool down. Will put a link on the Westy site.
