dose any one no if i can still get in or if i just turn up do i need bring details off work or can i just pay again on the gate any info would be supper ive rang the number on the web site but just keep getting trasfered round and round and round

How did your firm order/pay for the Trade Tickets?

If it was online, they would have got an 'email receipt' with a confirmation/reference number that starts W2007...............with everyones name listed.

If it was by phone, a confirmation would have been emailed or posted separately from the 'tickets'.

If the above is what has happened, then take a copy of that email/letter confirmation, along with proof of who you are on the list......

I have had problems with tickets as well. I booked 12 tickets and only got 2 childrens ones sent and after getting fobbed off five times they told me they had not been posted and are now being sent special delivery
It took me ages to get through to customer services on monday so i think we are not the only ones having problems

not reseved an email or any thing eles but have just managed to get to talk to some one with moor that one brain sell and thay say i can still go but have to bring proff off the garage so all being well ill be there tomo

TGR-ECOSSE.......thats bad news.....
probably as Saturday is the first public day, they have been deluged......no excuse though, if they managed to send the kids tickets......it's not unreasonable to have expected the rest to be there is it?
