There's a Pistonheads meet once a month at "The Lodge", near Sth Woodham Ferrers.
Further up your way there's a meet at, can't remember the name for sure, but think it's Bures Hall???
Seem to remember David Jenkins gets involved with this one? HTH

Not been or seen a local meet lately (i've not got a toy on the road at the moment) but they used to be the Thatchers Arms @ Mount Bures

Only that I have been a few times and we could do with a few more people
ATM I can't remember if it was the second or third Sunday of the month - I am sure someone will chip in soon

Hasn't been one at Mt Bures since last year...

Weather hasn't been very friendly.

Good place to meet though - nice pub, good beer and looks like a good menu if you want to eat.

Keep an eye open as I'm sure someone will announce another meeting once the weather improves.

I organised a few meets last year the the pub in Mt Bures. Nothing regular though. My car will be back on the road in April, so I will try to arrange somthing after then (when there is some good weather too hopefully!).

You can always organise your own meet and see what response you get.

Sometimes I also go to the bike meet at Gt Bentley on a Wednesday (when It's not raining!!!).

The Tulip pub Arbour lane Chelmsford last sunday of the month 12:00 till 2:00
Mainly populated by Robin Hoods and Locosts but we are expanding.

My car is now back on the road but I need to give it a service this weekend + one or two other jobs, before it is on the Rolling Road next Friday.

So I would hope to sort out a meet for later in April > of course anyone can do this too though!

But if you fancy a ride out to Colchester on Saturday, then you'd be more than welcome to have a coffee, etc with me. I'm easy to get to from Clacton (just off the A12).
The job's chould not take too long so we could even have a run to test everytning once I've finished.
