Yet another Teesside video..
Andy D - 26/4/08 at 09:58 PM

Following the Hellfire MK with a slightly hung over passenger in my car. It's a shame, I was really enjoying the chase!

No chucking up in my car please!!

To be fair to the lad, I'd been out a while before I latched onto the MK, I'm a crap passenger myself too!

That pinto of yours Andy has got some grunt, you can see the back of my car from about 2 minutes from the end,I was going back into the pits, then I saw the hellfire car behind me,so changed my mind and stopped out for a few more laps, and thought I better get my foot down again

No, he didn't puke, but another lap may have induced the dreaded liquid laugh! The engine is indeed one of Henry's finest anchors, 2.1, producing 170bhp.

Great video!

nice bit of driving there Andy.

Chris

The orange light is connected to a high pressure sender, 25psi I think. I try to drive "round" it, i.e. ease off the throttle, or ease the line I'm on. Not the best of practises I know.
Have now fitted an accusump, it's better, but was still gettting a flicker or two round the big corner. Next plan is to modify the sump to give it more capacity. (It's allready got wings and baffles..) Dry sump is the ultimate answer, but £££££ I just know someone is going to say engine rebuilds cost ££££ too!
