Has anyone on here been to the Ace Cafe off the North Circular?

I went past last night in the Indy and there were loads of nice cars and bikes - apparently it was a Lotus and TVR meet.

It might be a good spot to arrange a meet on a summers evening.

They do loads of different meets there, depending on which day of the month you go down it could be american muscle cars, classic sports cars, bikes, hot rods, etc.

Never been down though, little bit concerned that my car would get laughed at

I've blatted past it often enough!! I'm just waiting for them to do a kit car meet and I'm there (weather permitting!!)....

It'll never be the same without the racing between Hangar Lane and Neasden Roundabouts.....

Next Kit car and Q plate night is on the 16th August

Doh! I kept on looking and for months they had nothing Q-plate so I gave up looking!!! In the diary it goes!!!!

Yeah I used to go to alot of Italian nights up there with the Alfa. There used to be a fair bit of decent machinery turn up, has a great cult following.

Didn't know they did 'Q' Plate meets though, will have to consider heading over!

Fifth Gear use it for their filming now too.

I think we'll be one our way back from holiday on the 16th!
