Who's going to Autosport International?

Hi all,
just thought I'd post a thread to see who is going to the show, if I can get the time off work I'm gonna go, and try and get a placement year at one of the companies lol. worth a try anyway. Im aiming to go saturday, so who else is going?
would be good to try and put some more faces to names.
Regards
Matt
oh and if anyone has a couple of tickets going it would be pretty useful!!

Yep there's going to be 4 of us coming over from Northern Ireland for the trade days. One of the guys has a motor business and got us the trade tickets.

Really looking forward to it.

We were there last year as well and it was excellent.

I haven't had a chance to see any of the publicity for the event. Is there anything in particular I should keep my eyes open for?

Not sure if i am going yet, too busy at work.
But if you want to talk to companies then you need to go on trade days. Although its a bit of a joke as you can tell 80% of the people there are not trade.

Also i find the show has gone down hill the last few years. The so called 'tuning' sections seem to be filled with 20" alloy wheels and big exhausts. It seems the show had a reputation as a real car nuts show, but the people that sell add on bits have caught onto its popularity. Not exactly tuning, more max power. I just hope this trend does not continue.

Going on the Thursday Trade day with Bitten Hero from this forum.

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

Friday for me, booked flights with BMI Baby last month for £46 return. For those travelling from Scotland this is definately the easiest way of getting to the show. You can walk to the NEC from Birmingham airport.

Friday for me as well, really looking forward to it. Went on Saturday last year and it was a bit "max power" in places, but the live action event was very impressive.
