Navigator wanted for GOME rally.
I'm after a navigator for the Guild of Motor Indurance Rally in September. I'm currently talking to a couple of people already, but still
open to interest.
Away from the 15th - 23rd September, start in France, head down over the Pyrennes and then along the mountains of northern Spain, touch into Portugal
and finish in Santiago.
The cost of the rally is £695 each and includes hotel, dinner, breakfast and all the organisation/marshalls etc and an awards dinner for the 5 days of
rallying. You'll need about the same amount again to cover hotels/ferry's to get to the start and back from the finish, and a half share
of petrol costs and lunch.
You'll need to be good at mental arithmatic and not get travel sick!
This is a navigating only job, there is no driving involved unless there is a problem.
You'll also need to be able to come down during the summer for a practice using the tulip diagrams and Brantz gear.
Navigating is an excellent way to get experience if you're thinking of driving in future events - it's what I did and I was hooked
immediately, it's fantastic fun.
U2U me if you're interested or have an questions.
