Depends on the distance you wish to travel!
A few of us are meeting in Mount Bures, just west of Colchester, from 6:30 on this Friday (weather permitting).
More details here
May be a bit far for you though!

Not you lot as well Im on the edge of the more rural part of Co. Durham and tractors are a plenty. We have a great road that goes to Scotland
within a mile of my house (A68) but unfortunately there are not many safe passing points and a lot of heavy traffic on it.
I do however have other fantastic routes between here and the lake distric and Cumbria to take advantage of, not forgetting North Yorkshire is on my
doorstep too.
Is Anglia area really as flat as people make out?

No it's flatter though not as flat as Lincolnshire.
I work in North Cambridge most weeks and live in Lynn when I'm down. Once I'm off public transport and back in a reliable tintop
I'd welcome a beer to while away the boredom.

The flat bit is Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire (the Fens). Norfolk and Suffolk are rolling hills, some nice scenery out around the coast roads.
Plenty of nice roads as well. Though some are a bit worse for wear!
I'll post some vids up once the car is on the road...

My stay at homes been cut short as I have to come back to Warwick next weekend as apparently I am essential to our FS team and without me the car wont
get done (read as - no one else is going to do the work, so I am going to have to).
Looks like I am going to be missing out on Newark unless I can get over there on saturday and come back here the sunday.
I am just hoping I have time to get my long list of jobs done in a week
