Newlands WLM Date Change?
Hello peeps,
I know I haven't been along for a while , (waiting for the enthusiasm to buy a tax disc and give my life savings to the local petrol
merchant)
But was thinking , it could be an idea to change the date from the 1st Sunday so that it would not clash with the 'Goodwood meets'.
It would remove a tricky decision and give 2 meet options per month.

Although I'm generally opposed to change of any kind,  and in fact don't want to go to Goodwood, it would be nice to see some of
the WLM'ers who do go to it.
Would they be allowed 2 days away a month anyway though?

Yes i may pop along seeing as i 'may' be back in kit building....in a small way for now.

.......sounds like a good idea to me, it also clashes with Stoneleigh every year. If it was to become the third Sunday, this would give an even spread
of weekend treats for those who want to do both
Maybe June could be a 'transitional' month, where we have a Newlands on both the first and third Sundays, and switch to the third
thereafter? Suspect one or two 'other halfs' might have something to say on that one tho'.......
Anyway, one vote for the third Sunday from me

I was thinking the same re dates, i've sent a mail to goodwood asking if they will change the breakfast club dates

I've been asking for this since the Goodwood brekkie club started..... now in its third season  .......
........and got zilch response....... 
So...another vote for WLM and the third weekend here......

Ok Simon, I'll see you there, usual caveats re: the wet stuff of course. It's actually just the normal (currently) scheduled monthly
meet, so I'm sure the usual 'regulars' will be along too.
