I was going to go myself,got up at 6.00am,it was absolutely pissing it down,so I went back to bed,wishing I had made the effort now,MK had a problem with the supercharged car the night before,so I new they would not be there with that car,they were just taking a zx9 car,good to see you had some nice weather,look forward to the video's Andy.
I am going to have to book on the easy track day on the 16th June.

No, it must have been one of the quickest cars there though. GSX1000 engine, fitted the night before apparrently. It stopped on the circuit, but I dont think it was a big bang, probably an electrical gremlin..

Paul, you missed a good un, after all the thunder and rain through the night, it cleared up smashing! Dry as a bone from about ten onwards.

Paul, you missed a good un, after all the thunder and rain through the night, it cleared up smashing! Dry as a bone from about ten onwards.


Don't rub it in Andy hardly stopped raining here all day,never mind,I am at Bruntingthorpe on Saturday so I will get my adrenalin fix there

Oh, I didn't hear it running, just had a quick look when he came in. There was not gaping holes in the crankcase.

Silver car in question..




And this was quite in teresting...

Couldn't make it as car isn't quite up to scratch yet BUT i did think it would be lashing it down anyway. BUGGER!! looks like it was a cracker

No, not busy at all. The odd car here and there a bit slow to pull over, but no major problems. No queuing to get out either! Got some good "matey" chase sessions going, if you know what I mean..

Found it too, mooching for new vids! That corner (Hairpin) was lethal first thing, when it was damp. Saw a couple of spinners there.

This chap had a bit of a moment there, dont think it was damp though..

good pics!!
that twin engined machine was fairly quick in a straight line
from a spectator point of view i have to say the westfields andy d included were great lots and lots of passing etc
and i did enjoy watching that white evo the owner was obviously not shy
im looking forward to watching the action at bruntingthorpe
