WLM xmas bash/curry 2006

Ok ok, I know it's only just october but I have only 2 friday nights left in december now (one of them is the 22nd which will be out for most people i expect) and about 5 work related xmas parties to attend already so thought I should at least ask to try and fit the wlm in somewhere!

Looked back and last year we had curry on a saturday at the 'red chilli' near dorking.

James and I have approved the 'red rose' in guildford, 1 minute off the a3 or a25 so easy to get to, parking is also no problem and best of all teh food/service has been very good whenever we've been in.
Restaurant details/website here:
http://www.redroseguildford.com/

Need idea's for the day - friday/saturday night? Guessing mid week wouldn't be popular. Anyone suggest a date? I can currently do friday 8th Dec and I think the first 3 weekends in december.

cheers,

Ned.

Red Rose, seconded by me.

Only ever been extremely impressed by the food and have been there about 10 times.

Price is average too.

They also really like my Locost there so it must be a good place.

I insist on not driving there!

Cheers,
James

Always been a bit sniffy about people who have Tikka Masala (it being a British dish) but tried it at the Rose Valley and have to say it's great.

And the onion bargees and Keema Nan is highly recommended too!

Yum yum!

cheers,
James

You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.

Well all the above counts me out, can't stand curry, either the smell or the taste. Being that I would have to drive there, can't drink also, so see you all at one of the sunday meetings. Ray.
