Stonleigh BBQ
Just to confirm the BBQ on the MK Owners club area (39E) from about 12.30 on Sunday lunchtime.
Live band will be playing.
Food will be quarter pounders in a bun and hot dogs with onions, there will also be some sauce\relish.
You will need to bring your own drink.
Intention is to put a box for people to stick some money in, this will be in the form of a suggested donation amount as we can't charge
officially.
Any extra money once costs are covered will go to charity.
See you all there!

ALL ARE WELCOME!
BBQ will be situated on the mk owners club stand as that's where we'll be camping, but all forums members + friends/family are welcome (as
long as we have enough to go around!).
Obviously Rich has had to estimate numbers and buy food in advance so donations will be to cover his costs.
As said we don't have any sort of license or agreement with the organisers so can't and won't be charging, but donations greatfully
received.
As said any excess funds will be donated to a charity of Shorties choice, no profit will be made, this is a fun social event.
Remeber to bring your own drinks! ...And if you like make your own name tag to ease identification of forum members

After speaking to Ned I am going to bring some sticky address labels and a couple of marker pens and put them on the BBQ table so when you get your
food you can grab a badge and ut your name on it if you want.
