Aberdeen Motor Show - Thing

quote:

ABERDEEN MODDED MOTORS SHOW

The best bit of news is that the date (29th October 2006) is now 100%
confirmed,so now the fun and madness begins.

The show categories will be announced as soon as possible but in the mean
time if you want to enter your car/motorbike/4x4 or anything else with an
engine for that matter then get in touch with Tracey at
admin@modded-motors.com.
The cost for having your car entered into the show will be £5 which you
will be able to pay either by paypal or in cash to myself.
It will cost £8 to enter into the show on the day of the event.

Every single penny raised at this event will go straight to northsound
cash for kids charity, this particular charity was chosen because the money
they raise is handed out to worthy causes in and around Aberdeen, every
penny stays in our own area and not to some place you have never heard of.

Raffle tickets will go on sale in the next few weeks and prizes that could
be won will be announced throughout.
Anyone will be able to make a donation to the charity no matter how small
on the day of the event.

As you can probably imagine that with only just over 7 weeks to organise
this whole event, everyone involved with the organisation is being kept
very busy indeed.

Any news regarding new sponsors, stands, prizes etc will all be posted as
soon as each club/business/sponsor etc confirm with us.

In the mean time if you would like to know more about sponsoring the event
or know someone who may be interested please send an email to
admin@modded-motors.com .

Regular updates will be posted on www.modded-motors.com events forum ,a
regular update email will be sent out once a week aswell.

We hope to see as many of you there as possible.

Mmmmm may be interesting. Could be an ideal place for an informal North east locostbuilder group meet up.

I'm interested, just let me know where it is.

Also, maybe post a reminder nearer the time.

Keith.
