Knockhill Scottish Kit Car Show
Just got back from Knockhill.
As usual, I enjoyed the racing and the weather was quite good
I was somewhat disappointed at the kit cars. I didn't have high expectations but all that I saw that were of interest were a few Westfields (all
very nice, esp one twin cam pre-lit), a Caterham (nice), one MK and a Sylva Star (I think it was Zilspeeds)
Not exactly a kit car show, just a few nice cars turning up

Yep, I gave this one a miss and went to the Biggar show today instead.
Not sure who was touting it about that it was the "Scottish Kit Car Show". I looked on the Knockhill site yesterday and it stated 60-80
kitcars to look at and find out about.
It pissed with rain at Biggar - glad I took the tintop. And Zilspeed actually having a car at something?? Surely not!

I was staying near Biggar last night - in West Linton. Played Forza with my son and brother in law 'till late.
Was the Biggar show any good?

I quite enjoyed it but it depends what your into. They always have a lot of good commercials on display with it being organised by the Albion
Foundation.
Cars on display were OK nothing really stood out thoug. Autojumble was pretty good I picked up a couple of things.

I can exclusively reveal - it wisnae mine. That's a Leader - mine is half Leader, half Star, or a LeadStar as I like to call it.
(I now feel personally challenged JC - you're gettin' it as the saying goes.)
Hang on a minute to I upload a few pics of what visited me last night.

Like, whatever....
Anway - hows about this.
MGB GT V8 - with the injection fitted and running twin side exhausts. It still had chickens in it the last time I saw it around 7 years ago. Twill be
visiting a hillclimb near you soon. (Mate of mine has just finished the restoration.)
Pic taken in the bucketing rain at around 11.30 pm last night.

Paddy
Get your car on the road and you and the boy Thoirs can get a bit of a Fife convoy together.
