Anybody know any more info about this.

There was a Stafford show for a few years Jos, but I think it just ran out of popularity and finished a couple of years ago.

Well I know it clashes with Donnington show which is 40 miles away!! I have spoken to Den Tanner, editor of Kit Car magazine about why this happened
and it seems that the Donnington date wasnt announced at the time. Still, not clever picking up the phone and actually talking to "the other
mag" seeing as relations have supposedly got much better since Peter Filby left.
Its at the Stafford County Showground anyway as of old. What else do you want to know (besides only half of the manufucturers will be there for
obvious reasons!!)

Read recently, that the donington "show" has been down graded to a track day on the sat, no sunday event
but must agree, date clashing is stupid, spilts the industry and makes the shows even smaller. just looks to me that the Dan-Filby thing is far from
finished !!!!!

Donnington Show wasn't worth going to last year anyway! It was a bit crap - if it wasn't for meeting up with a few people there I wished I
hadn't bothered!
I'd happily give Stafford a go this year over Donnington if the format will be the same as last year!

glad to see it back on the calender.
It was always the best show of the year in my opinion as it was the start of the season and the cheapest bits.
Donnington's been crap for years now but always end up going.
