Peterborough show

There is talk of a new Kit Car show at Peterborough show ground this summer.

Has anyone got any contact details of the organizer?

Can you join the MK owners club if you haven’t got an MK?

I won’t tell him if you don’t! if he’s giving enough Beer away its probably worth joining

Mk owners

I belong to the Mk Owners club, but have never gone to to a show in it yet.

I have an MK Locost with a Ford 1600 OHV engine in it, not one of these posh Indy's with a motorbike engine in it.

Do I just turn up or do I have to tell anybody.

Erm, yes, in hand for the Luego Owners. Just awaiting a booking form.

Thanks for that.

I've been to a couple of shows including the one at Newark which is all off ten minutes drive from my house, but have never been sure how these things work.

My Mk Locost has now done well over 1000 miles , most of which have of which as been done during the last week.

It would be nice to talk to to fellow owners to see how I can make my my car more presentable and also handle better

dont worry about it, i always turn up to the shows in a dirty badly presented car as mins a toy not a show car.

Mine has been used 5 out of the last 9 days and done over 500 miles in that time, 500 of the first 1000 to run it in. Today I blew a posche into the weeds.

As such it isn't pretty, but it's bl**dy good fun.
I'll clean it up for shows but now it just for fun.

I haven't seen any other kitcars out so far. Why are poeple missing out the fun when everybody is hiding cos it's cold. I don't have a screen or anything, just warm clothes and a bash hat
