Oulton park vid

Was at Oulton on Tuesday, weather, again, was very kind to us. One little sprinkling around noon, that soon dried up. (Doing well this year, so far!) Some nice cars on the circuit, fair number of Porsches, and a lot of Loti.
One of the more unusual trackday toys was this:

And a few others..

And a bit of video is HERE

I'd expect the Yellow/Black Megabusa to be seriously quick! What was the 'Reveleation' (SP?) single seater like?

Revelation? wondered what that was. I think it had a Honda 750 motor, only saw it once on track. It and a Radical came pst me up the hill just before "Druids" and I foolishly tried to hang on round the corner. They went round on rails, and I got round the corner, just!

Yes, pal's yellow Busa ventilated it's crankcase. Was very lucky to avoid hitting anything.

I'm just using a Sony mini DV, (DCR HC46) with no separate mic input, hence music soundtrack to cover the wind noise. And Jeff, (yellow Busa) is also using a Sony mini DV (DCR HC96E)with a bullet cam and external mic.

Fist of all Paul, the music choice is nowt to do wi' me! All my son's doing..

Have looked for a clear lap, to date not found one. It was fairly busy on track, but not overly so. But it only takes one very slow car in one corner to ruin a full lap. Did a 1-59 last year with the old engine, so my son tells me..

A few more pics, including beasty Morgan.
