I saw that last week, and was stunned by it. He's one lucky lad. Stupid, but lucky.
I thought the bus actually drove over his head the first time I watched it.

What an idiot!
Got what he deserved, hopefully he won't be dumb again - but I doubt it.
Can't believe no bugger came to help for a few minutes.

Looks to me like he was trying to jump the fence and his foot hooked sending him headfirst into the side of the bus. Lucky git a second earlier and he
would have landed in front of the bus.
