when i try to upload a photo that i assume is named the same as one that's uploaded and on the server already i end up with the server version in my photo archive instead of the file i am trying to upload

for example my file was named 001.jpg and was a picture of ace cafe but when i upload a file named 001.jpg i get this picture

simples rename you picture on your computer ace cafe 001 .jpeg and off you go
