Android email client recommendations
Hello all,
What Email clients are people using on their Android phones (not the clients delivered with the phones)?

I use GMail and have my various POP3 connections going into it. Is that classed as one delivered with the phone as it's an Android phone?

OK - showing my lack of knowledge!
I have several email addresses
1x work (Outlook)
1x home (GMail) use the GMail client/app
1x home (other) currently use webmail
Can I add the 1x home (other) email account to the GMail client/app?
If so, is it simple/reliable and is there a guide?

Here's an example guide. Using Gmail app for other
accounts
I will admit I don't send emails from the other accounts, I only receive them. It also looks like that particular guide is a few years old so the
options may have changed.

Our family use K9-Mail, which for some time has been "owned" by Thunderbird (the desktop mail and news client).

Thanks also, I use Firefox browser so K9-Mail / Thunderbird may fit nicely.

I use K9 as well - it does what it's supposed to do, with little fuss. Setting it up can be a bit 'technical' though.

Do you both use K9 on desktop and mobile?
I'm looking for something that works in harmony on both.

I used to use K9 but it got a bit dated and behind the times 3-4 years ago. I reverted back to gmail and outlook. Then I regretted it because outlook
sends me endless notifications for emails already notified, and their support response is (reset the account whenever this happens) ... so like
hourly?

I only use K9 on the mobile, with Thunderbird on my (Linux) desktop. As said above, they are related. I've had no problems over the past few
years.

K9 got a bit of an upgrade a while back. It *is* totally lacking in any bells-and-whistles but, for me, that's a bonus!
I detest gmail and abandoned it within 1 hour of first use. I haven't used outlook for years as my desktop uses Linux - I did use it before I
retired, and it did the job, but otherwise... meh.
