Pedal Box Setup Help
Tiger Super Six - 8/12/09 at 10:39 PM

Evening,

I have just bought this floor mounted pedal box

http://www.3gecomponents.com/templates1/view_product.php?product=51748&site=63&department=118

and need to figure a way to adapt the sierra pushrod to fit the brake pedal as it has a hole through it, but the sierra set up fits front on (if that makes sense) - Any Ideas?

Also I need something to clamp the clutch cable?

Mark.

All you need is a clevis pin and threaded rod as a pushrod.

Back of the brake pedal already has the hole for the clevis pin

Clevis for the brake pedal.

You can get clutch cables with banjo type fittings on the end, might be the easy way for that.

Cheers chaps - Brake sounds simple then, any idea of the thread the Sierra pushrod will be and any tips on where to buy?

Is there a pic of the banjo style for a numpty like me to refer to!

throw the sierra one away it'll probably be the wrong length anyway. Use a suitable size metric threaded bar. Can't remember the exact size, someone will remember for you. Round the end off that goes into the master cylinder.

Think it's 6mm bar
