Evening all,
I am trial fitting my engine and have got the gearbox mounted just trying to work out if I need to have the engine angled so that it tips backwards
slightly? Im just wondering what other people have done?
it looks like in order to have my sump 4 inches from the ground the engine will be have to be tilted back approx 4 degrees is this going to be a
problem? It looks like I should just about have clearance for everything else which needs to go in.
Thanks in advance!
Is this the YB?
The engine wont be effected, im sure a well powered cossie with shot rear springs gets about 30 deg of tilt when mid take off!
I love the classic cossie squat!!

Mine is about 3,5 degree,
Take care off the drive-shaft!
engine 3,5 backwards = diff 3,5 degr upwards.
That makes a nice Z-drive shaft position
