Looking at ordering sikaflex PU type adhesive for my ally floor + side and other panels. how much have people used/got through?

so if 12 tubes are too many i'd happily split with people and can meet/supply at stoneleigh if anyone's interested.

will be at stoneleigh sat night, sun, prob sun night, leaving mon morn.

will leave this offer open til tomorrow (tues) lunch, but want to get the order in so i can get the stuff by the end of the week.

works out at £43.94 inc postage, assuming enough interest for a 12 pack so call it £3.50 a tube at stoneleigh. not a huge saving, but you save a few pence and all the £5.95 postage. If not enough interest for a 12 pack, i'll just order what is needed and bear the cost of the postage myself.

I used it when riveting on all panels and then used it for sealant as well at all panel joins. Have used 3 tubes and will need to buy a couple more when it comes to fitting the bodwork......

BTW I used the same stuff from decorating direct and it is just the same as sikaflex but a fraction of the price.

Have you had any joy with getting that PU yet???

I saw you had found homes for all yours so I ordered some myself from the same place and 8 days later still nothing has arrived. No phone number to chase them on either and they have yet to answer an email.

Certainly won't be using Decorating Direct again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it took a few days, not helped by the fact (i didn't realise) they wanted it signed for and as no one is at home to accept it took it back to the couriers depot and left a card. I had it redirected to my office and it arrived yesterday if this is of any help!
