IRS rear arms
Guys i'm going to make my own rear arms for my aries IRS chassis.
But i need a little information.
1. What size of tubing do i use for rear arms, and what wall thinkness?
2. What size of tubing do i need to buy for the bushes to be fitted 2.

UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

you want 33.7 x 2.6 for the bush tubes
and 25 x 2.5 cds for the wishbones
Anything With Tits or Wheels Will cost you MONEY!!

I'd go with 25x2mm-1"x14gauge minimum for the lower arm/wishbone and 19x2mm-3/4x14gauge for the toparm/wishbone. CDS cold drawn seamless
is best but ERW is cheaper.

With the kind of questions your asking I wonder if you are better buy some thing off the shelf.
And if you need a spare you can replace it easy.
Bones get bent ......with the state of the potholes it aint getting any better....You only have to be unlucky once. Or in a good buddys case 3 times

Cheers guys for your help, mangogrooveworkshop i'm making them cus i'm rose jointing the outer edges for setting the car up for hillclimbs
and sprint, car wont be used on the road,
I know the roads are harse on a car, i'm also going to kake a jig up and once the cars going make a complete spare set to have with me at
meeting, the way i drive i'll need them
