Messenjah, you're a big lad like myself. Whats your best lifts? I'm a shot putter, don't enjoy rugby much

I've been doing alot of work on grip strength lately up to 200 lbs squeeze on a grip strength dyno

dunno wot my best upper body strength lifts are apart from bench press which is about 140kg (crap when you think i weigh 128 lol but i dont know if i can do higherr because i cant get to a gym with more weight

i can also easily dead lift 90kg .... never been in a gym where more weight was availible

i want to find a gym with alot of weight as i want to find out my maximums lol

leg press yesterday i did 50 reps with 187kg (machine max) on ONE LEG
so double it and its 374 and thats 50 reps so not even close to my maximum gotta be aro8und 400kg which is getting on for half a tonne
