Don't know of any free ones.
Rorty does some good ones on his site for about £100 a set.

Try the Edge Buggies in Aus. I have a pirahna and the plans are well cheap. I could share, but Tony deserves to be paid.

I have always like this design style, there used to be a manufacturer in the Rame peninsular called Chynoweth
