Part 2: The De-Cat
The exhaust was getting a little noisy, I found this:

The Truflex section had split after only 150 miles
So I decided to rebuild the system without the Cat.
I had a straight through bike silencer lying around, so I modified the outlet and repacked with Acoustifil.

Fitted the exhaust using a larger Truflex section, this one has lasted 1500 miles, and still ok.

Nicer to drive now, no more ear bleeds
and should be ok for track day noise levels.
Dynoed at 135bhp with this set up, happy with that.
