Rear Arches
Maybe a stupid question but are the rear arches on the Indy handed and if they are what's the difference and why and which one goes where?

Yes I believe they are, they have different slopes. I used them with the flatter slope at the rear cos they look best that way.
I aligned the bottom of the wings with the bottom of the chassis rails.

Bolted my rear arches on, fitted wheels and they protrude about 10mm, will this pass SVA?.

I don't think so. AFAIK the wheels have to be within the 'body'. You might need to get different wheels with the correct
'ford focus' offset, or get a set of wider arches.

No, it will fail SVA. You might even get pulled over by the police for it.
Your wheel arches must extend further than your wheels, at least at the top.

Can't you put some negative camber on em to fetch them inside the arches? Assuming you haven't got negative camber already.

Still on trolley at the moment so i think when on floor they may turn in slightly.

My wheels are 205/40/17 with 38et. Been told these would do.

i have the same size wheels, and i adjusted the top camber adjuster to put the wheels roughly vertical (by eye) and then took the inside of the outer
flange (the return bit) off with a power file.
they clear the wheel, just, and don't touch with a good bounce of the suspension with no preload.

My rear arches are flush with the body but I have a gap between the "boot Skin" and the Arch. Whats is the best way to fill this?
Scot's do it better in Kilts.

How big is the gap? If its a few mm, you can use tadpole trim. It is rubber trim that has the profile of a tadpole. You slot it in between you you
arch and side panels and the round bit sticks out so it looks like you have a small rubber tube running along the top of the arch.
Its hard explain really, alot of people use it on their cars, im pretty sure MK do.
