Orange Avon at Donington?

So what was general consensus of opinion on the orange Avon Tiger displayed at donnington?

Personally thought it was a LONG way from SVA 'ready'.

Paint job on the Cat was nice - but £3000 seems a bit steep and did you notice how the paint job had deformed the bonnet?

Anyway - I finally recieve my chassis in a couple of weeks so ......... let the games begin!

But theres another thing - i was disturbed to see that their prices have gone up! - the chassis is now £420+vat (£370 a few months ago)

If its the same one they had at Newark, hell yes!!!

There were sooooo many parts of it that I didn't like much. Did you see the random bolt through the side of the bodywork on the nearside of the engine bay? It was connected to nothing on either side!

Wiring was..... interesting. Self-tapers used for earths everywhere, screwed straight into a powdercoated chassis rail, without any caoting being remved!

The Carbon dash was as un flat as a very unflat thing! Dids all over it when the light shined off it.

etc etc...

What did you think?
