Does anyone has an haynes manuell about the wire loom, I can't seem to figger out where all the connectors are going too...
And also I have bought a '98 zx9r speedo and my question is, is it possible too use this speedo in regards to the speedsensor that gets it's readings form the front sprocket.

There is a wiring diagram for an 'E' model ZX9R in my pic archive. It is similar to the 'C' model so it might help. If I remember I will scan the 'C' diagram later this week.

Is the zx9r E model engine the same as the zx9r C in regards to the wiring.??

it would appear to be broadly similar in the wiring layout, but i couldnt comment on things like connector compatability.

Oops I've just remembered I was supposed to scan the wiring diagram.

When I got my engine I was told that it had everything to get the engine running except the ECU. I later found out that with my 'E' engine I had all the 'C' running gear! The wiring is similar and from what I remember the connectors are the same but the 'C' has a cam shaft sensor and only one headlight relay. I made a seperate loom for the engine and one for the lighting then spliced them together. With the 'E' wiring diagram you could make a start.
