Is there a preferd spring rate for bec, im getting an Avon kit in Jan and want to start getting a few bit together

Don't buy your shockers from Tiger - they're still selling the wrong length for the front.
Do a search on springs - this has been covered a million times, but there's seems to be no clear answer.

Correct, there is not One Answer because it depends greatly upon the installed ratio. That said, if you find someone else with your *exact* same chassis, you can safely use their spring rate and at least be close. Of course spring rate is a personal thing too... what one person thinks is perfect another will consider way too stiff...
