How much would you expect to pay to get cylinders bored out by 2mm and honed?

How many cylinders?
What Engine?

I paid £101 + Vat for the rebore on my Rover V8 (all 8 pots for £101+vat)
Pistons were extra at £170 for 8 inc Vat.

But boring +2mm is a bigger job. so could be more.,

is it car or bike engine

I think the charge is about £12 to £15, plus the dreaded, per cylinder, depending on where you go. Varies quite a bit workshop, to workshop.
