Hi peeps, anyone know if the donor bike had hydraulic brakes,I'm sure it must have had, and if so does it have a warning switch?, I can't find anything about it on the diagram I have

Yes it had hydraulic brakes. There was no fluid level warning on the rear or front reservoir
