I'm looking for a alternator for a Honda CBR1000F, anyone got a spare one I could buy?

After seizing my old engine (long story which involves not correctly fitting the oil sump screw.......) I'm in the processes of fitting another one. However I've had great difficulty in removing my old alternator and I think I've probably damaged it by now. Simpliest thing would to just fit another one.

Any ideas?

Yep, got a whole (seized piston) engine, it's an earlier one, but is in fair nick; AFIK the alt'r is ok. Let me know and I'll get it off this w/e. Locost of course.

How early? Mines a M varient (1991).

I hope you don't have as many problems getting it off as I did (ooh that sounds a bit rude?).

It should come with a mouting flange and bolts which I will also need.
