Guys, my indicator relay has given up the ghost and I'd ideally like to stop using hand-signals on roundabouts

Standard part from david silver online is about 20 quid, but my local honda dealer was asking about 34 quid (if it's the right part they're looking at!)

Question is is there a standard auto relay type thing I can use in its place that I can pickup from maplin or somewhere? Ideally want to pick one up tonight to have it sorted before I drive to Elvington tomorrow. Don't mind chopping the plug and putting spades on provided the relay will do the correct things and at the correct speed etc.
