So what should I be looking to change from standard? Springs I guess, anthing else?

Stock seems to be fine on the Busa with just uprated springs, a mate of mine is still running his stock clutch in a turbocharged busa putting out ~250bhp, although I suspect it will need uprating when he fully winds the boost up.

Further to the last question, just realised that the clutch is hydraulic. How is this operated? Obviously by a slave cylinder, but to connect a propshaft I have to remove this!

You need to remove some/most of the sprocket housing and space it out to suit. Assuming it's like the bird one.

Invest in a westfield megabusa one like i did - it goes against the 'locost' theme but is a lovely bit of kit!! Costs about 200ish quids.

Rich.
