Got a MK indy with zx12r engine.

Now got a 3.62 LSD in the back.

Got offered a new 3.14 diff heard it's possible too put the lsd in it ????

Is it better for the car and handeling
3.14 or 3.62

Try it might have the LSD in it anyway. Rare as hens teeth and might be worth a try !

it wont have the lsd in, cos if it did then the owner would know and charge a lot more!

Id rather a freelander diff myself all day long. 3.21 ratio, 6kgs lighter and only £150 for mine on ebay.

iv just taken my 3.14lsd out,,it was ok for the road but a bit tall for the track .on the road it still hit the redline in top but id rather lose some top end and have more drive mid range .the 3.62 i had in it first was just silly i was hitting the red line in top everywhere and anywhere,it got there so quick it felt like it needed more gears .gonna try the 3.38 now and hope its a happy medium .but saying all that im running a busa and i think they have different gearbox ratios than the zx 12
