
How has anyone got by SVA with the emissions from an R1 engine.
I have the standard MK exhausrt system, and would like to get by without the need to buy a combined cat/silencer if possible.
I haven't decided whether to go for carbs or FI yet, so any and all solutions welcome (might help me choose which engineoption to go for as
well)

My manifold and silencer have 2" inner diameters. I had a cat with 2"outer diameters that just slotted in. I took the car to a local MOT garrage and adjusted the fueling until it was in range.
