Hi,
The fuel pump for my Rover V8 has 10mm inlet and outlet so I had a similar problem. I ended up getting 10mm hose from someone like Vehicle Wiring Products to run from the tank to the pump and then I used a 10mm to 8mm reducer and ran 8mm copper microbore down the tunnel from the pump to the engine finishing off with some braided 8mm hose for the last couple of feet.

Cheers,
Craig.

Hi , not sure if you want copper pipe , but if you do try your local builders merchant, both 8mm & 10mm pipe is used for gas or something
I have just plumbed in my ZX9R fuel pump and that is 10mm
