After spending hours trawling through fireblade websites last night came across a bloke couple years ago who described the same fault..
after spending all day at work..got home did the adjustment and ..F**k me it goes like a F1 car..
I am very very very happy.
Fault was:
in a tidy everything up mode, i had connected all the carb breather pipes togeather and connected them into the small inlet on the back of the airbox..
Thus as the carbs were trying to breath to suck up more fuel, the airbox was creating a vacum through the pipes ,not allowing them to breath..
or in plain
Try sucking water through a straw with Shirley Crabtree(ask ur dad) sitting on your chest.!!!
Thanks for all you help everyone..you made me think in different area..
Finally what a knob i am for not seeing it earlier..
