Can someone describe how you fix this to the trumpets please, I think you need some bits off the old original filter.
ta,
Rich.
Don't you just love it when you're not sure about something and 2 mins on the phoe later you know exactly how to do it!!
MAC1 Motorsports - call them, ask the question, get the answer, all clear.
Their customer service has to be hard to beat!!
thanks again Mark.
Rich.
care to tell us what you found out?
did you need some bits off the original?
might help when someone does a search, if anyone ever does a search
tom
you need the airbox rubbers from the bikes airbox, these sit in/over the stainless plate underneath the filter, and then mount onto the trumpets as
they did on the bike...
cheers,
Steve.
As already mentioned, just remove the rubbers from the original airbox and fit them into the ali backplate holes, was very easy.
