Blade fuelling concerns

All,
I fitted my custom made/design exhaust and started the engine for the first time complete form the drivers position sitting in the car..after 6 years!
Anyway the engine is a Blade with rejetted stage 1 dayno jet kit, individual cone filters and a 4-2-1 exhaust. The engine start fine (without any throttle or choke)revs nicely although when blipping the throtte it tends to misfire but revved progressively seems fine. I put in a set of new plugs and upon insepction I found out that the plugs from cylnders 1 & 3 were looking with slight brownish (as should be) whilst those from 2 & 4 wet and black with fuel.
Is it a case of adjusting the idle/mixture screw, balancing the carbs or something else?

balancing could be

anyway it goes with less air /to much fuel (rich) as the other 2..

cleaning? would be an option if they stood for 6 years!

Tks

I presume 2 and 4 have their own coil, may be worth checking its sparking OK on those 2.

hi

Maybe a red herring and certainly not an expert but learning fast!

When I had my carbs checked, the mechanic chappy told me that I didnt have one of the air lines blocked that needed to be to balance out the carbs. It was causing 1+3 to be drawing different amounts of air... ????

I can try to trace the particular hose this weekend if required?

good luck!
