What thread sized bolt do I need to pull the R1 rotor cover? Assuming that it is just a bolt.

just measured the bolt i have used in the past

16mm diameter
1mm pitch
normal right hand thread

I've just phoned 2 yamaha dealers and asked them. One said M16x1.75 and the other M16x.5. Great.

For reference, an M16 Fine 1.5mm pitch threaded bolt fits the rotor on my 1999 R1 engine.
