Does anyone have a diagram of how they've plumbed the coolant hoses on their R1 (particularly 5JJ engine)

Also, where's the best place to get hoses from/what bits do I need?

I started pricing up silicone hoses and there's no way I'm paying that much at the moment!

Used silicon hoses though...and they do look pretty!

Cheers Adrian - think I've sorted the actual plumbing setup out now.

Just need to know where I can get some coolant hose that isn't going to cause me another mortgage to buy!

I am not sure how the price compares but I used the top radiator hose from a Proton with the Campro engine for my top and bottom hoses. It reduces from the Polo radiator to Yamaha pipes (actually 2mm bigger on engine side but fits ok with clamp) and has a nice "s" shape that fit my car perfectly. I agree that silicone hoses look great but this may save you a bit of cash for now.
