lo all
not for a bec, but are all bike carbs a similar spacing as standard ?
i have aquired a set of carbs aledgedly off a 600 bandit
they are spaced 75mm centers
are others the same, as they appear to be bolted together, with no easy way of changing for diffent bikes ?

hope that ramble makes sense

HI Dave
Similar, but not all the same.

Negative, most a slightly if not a lot different.

I have two sets of carbs from a ZZR1100 and a ZX9R that look identical.

There is 3mm extra width each side on the 900 carbs

all 4 carbs look identical, so was hoping all bike carbs were sort of the same....

time will tell i guess

Some suzukis (mostly old ones) have their cams driven off a central chain drive. This results in an extra gap between the central two cylinders.

The individual carbs are identical (i.e. each of the 4 are interchangeable).
