fireblade air filter

I was wondering what air filter you people use for your '95 fireblade?
i use the oem one at the moment but I am fancy these sausage filter ones.
If I get a sausage filter do I need re-mapping?
Where can I source a decent filter in a good price?

I used Pipercross Socks, one for each trumpet, cut down to fit under the bonnet.
What you will have to do in enlarge the jets you use compared to the normal air box.

Good luck.

Hi, put some pictures in my photo archive.
Have dyno jet kit fitted to suit the filter.

ok ok I figured out my self!
So for a decent air filter system you need about 200 pounds.
Does it makes any difference on performace?

I doubt you'd get a noticeable improvement in performance by switching to a foam filter. Your money would be better spent on getting the suspension geometry set up IMO.

Mine made/makes more power with an air box over foam or no filters.
