ive been offered a 2006 cbr 1000rr. are these any good. i remeber reading somewhere that theere was a certain year to stay away from.
its pretty cheap and has been well looked after. its a completed bike. i was thinking of building a locost chassis and sticking it in that

If the response you're getting is that it isn't a good idea, then I do still have my Suzuki alternative that's not doing a lot except taking up space.

It's the 2008 that has a problem with the crank gear disintegrating when used in a BEC.
