Really hoping some can help i have download a workshop manual but don't under stand how to balance my carbs ( position of the vacuum pickups and the adjuster)

Just borrowed the wifes best slippers and had a peek in the garage

vacuum pipes are under each inlet manifold (little metal pipes with a rubber blanking cap on)
adjustment looks like the screws directly in between the inlets, looking down from the top, mine have a blob of yellow paint on the heads.

If your still struggling i'll try and dig out the haynes for you.

Forget that I think thse are the drain points I'm digging for a better picture of some carbs.

i used my own shoes
i have a pipe that goes between inlet 1 and 4 and then blanked
i seem to have 3 adjusters is this right.
do i only need to measure the inlet on 1 and 4?
