HELP: Difference between x11 and blackbird cams
I know an x11 engine is a detuned blackbird engine and this is done by the cams. Is the valve lift the same or is it just doneon duration? I have
looked in both manuals and it only shows a different inlet duration. The measurement of the lobe is shown to be the same.
More importently does anyone know if there are any markings on the cams (or cylinder head) to distinguish between blackbird and x11) I can find the
part numbers for the blackbird cams but not the x11. Is there an online fiche anywhere?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Ive found the part numbers and its only the inlet cam that changes.
It has 7 degrees longer duration and 0.1mm more lift.
I just need a way of telling the difference between the two cams. I could measure them but as 0.1mm is small enough to make an error and duration
could be dificult to measure. There must be some marking to allow hondas production line to know the difference.
